Whether you're looking to launch yourself into professional massage therapy with an NZQA Accreditation in Holistic Massage Therapy or to upskill to broaden your the depth of your therapy work - Hannah offers a range of courses in which she passionately shares her broad range of skills and experience in many different holistic health training modules

Hannah regularly facilitates massage trainings from her tranquil, bush setting in Birkdale, Auckland (on the North Shore). She is able to take groups of up to 4 people at home and for larger groups she rents a local space. She is available most daytimes during the week, with Monday, Tuesday and Friday being her most usual days. Her time scheduling is flexible and if feasible she can arrange around students’ availability. On occasions she holds workshops at weekends

Cost

Total for NZQA Microcredential Certification - $1,650.00

For tutorials, a deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm your booking

For small groups or workshops, a deposit of $250.00 will confirm your place

Payment is on an “as you go” basis. You must pay the full amount for each
tutorial 48 hours prior to the session

A breakdown of course costs below -

$150 Registration Fee which includes initial video tutorial and background reading

• Face to face training; – one to one, small group or workshop; $1,200.00 per person

• Assessment; - $300.00 per person

• Re-assessment; an additional assessment fee, or part thereof, may be
charged.

Cancellation.
If you can’t attend your training for a valid reason, please advise your tutor giving at least 5 days’ notice;
your deposit will be refunded or held over. If you do not advise within 5 days your deposit will be forfeited. Venues, other students, and “bodies” will have been organized.
Please contact your tutor if extenuating circumstances arise within the 5-day period.
If your tutor must postpone, they will contact you with as much notice as possible and arrange a reschedule.

NZQA Level 5 Microcredential

Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage Therapy

Hours - 60

Delivery

1 to 1, small group tutorial or workshop

60 Hours of learning and assessment:

Structure: 6 components:
Initial online tutorial and background reading
In-person training: 12 - 16 hours
Self-directed learning 8 hours
Self-directed practice/10 case studies: 20 hours
2 Additional case study clients massaged 3 times each, and accompanying written assignment: 20 hours
Assessment: 2.5 - 3 hours.
The course is 60 learning hours and must be completed within 18 weeks

Entry Criteria:
Entry is open to anyone over 18 years old who has done the level 4 Holistic Massage
course or an agreed equivalent.
